NIOBE AND DURA TAKE FLIGHT MARCH 22!

Happy Thursday!
We are very well known for our covers, as our artists who rock them are truly incredible. Covers are so important to make that love at first sight instant connection, whether it is on the shelf at your LCS, at a convention booth, or online. It could be something graphic, with a cool noir element, an homage to something that resonates with you, or simply a beautiful painting. This upcoming Kickstarter campaign is no different as covers will be done by legends David Mack, Jae Lee, Tehani Farr, Ivan Tao and Richard Thornsberry. We will be teasing them over the coming weeks. But what about the interior pages!? I wanted to take a break from the covers to show you the quality of interior work - above is a sneak peek of a page of NIOBE & DURA #3 by Sheldon Mitchell!
Sheldon is Jamaican born and lives in Maryland. He has worked on mainstream Big Two titles, Top Cow and more, but at Stranger he is family. He's known for his stellar work on ERATHUNE, NIOBE: She is Death, and now NIOBE & DURA! He has done some of our most iconic covers as well – like the wraparound cover for NIOBE: She Tribe, and the Dungeons & Dragons homage. This Black History Month I wanted to celebrate and honor Sheldon as a true legend of Stranger Comics. You will be able to get Sheldon’s amazing new comic series on March 22!
